Hi! I'm Sahara Carter, the CPA.

Before becoming an accountant, I worked in Big Bear property management for years, so I know the financial side of mountain real estate inside and out. At Baker Tilly and Intuit, I specialized in state and local tax—which means I've seen every version of the multi-state, multi-property, multi-income-stream situations that are just normal life in ski towns. I like to combine my love for real estate investing and cozy business with tax analysis to create a one-stop-shop for my clients.

I started this business because I wanted to work with people who value the same things I do—community, the outdoors, and building something sustainable in the mountains.
