Hi! I'm Sahara Carter, the CPA.

Before becoming a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) I spent years working in Big Bear property management—so I know the financial chaos of mountain real estate from the inside. At Baker Tilly and Intuit, I specialized in state and local tax, which means I've untangled every version of the multi-property, multi-income situations that are just normal life in ski towns.
